* The photography session is to be held at a time and location agreed to by the photographer in accordance to the photographers travel schedule.
* Select location may be subject to a travel fee which is to be discussed with the photographer prior to booking.
* Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
* Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and shoot date must be booked and used within this 12 month period.
* Should a recipient wish to purchase further digital copies / prints over and above the value of their gift voucher, then these will be charged for at normal rates.
* The gift voucher is for the recipient only and can not be transferred or redeemed by any other person unless confirmed with photographer prior to session.
* Any cancellation after confirmation of the shoot will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
